UNSW's China Guide is an annual publication designed for Chinese students seeking insights into our university programs, facilities, engaging faculty and staff, and personalised student support services. This guide offers a glimpse into the supportive and vibrant culture that awaits students at UNSW.

I took on the challenge of designing UNSW's 2022 China Student Guide, collaborating closely with UNSW's China team despite having no prior experience with reading or understanding Mandarin. This project required innovative communication strategies to bridge language barriers and cultural nuances, ensuring the guide effectively reached and engaged Chinese-speaking students.

Working closely with the UNSW China team, I leveraged their expertise to guide the design process, incorporating essential information and cultural insights into the guide. Through detailed discussions and visual cues, I was able to translate complex content into visually appealing layouts that resonated with the target audience.
